It comes in 3 parts: The top plate, the bottom plate, and the main body. Its diameter is 14cm and its height is 6 cm. It can accommodate the curds from 4 liters of milk for hard cheeses.

Also, it can be used easily to shape brie and camembert.


It is a food-grade thick and heavy SS 304. We tested it with a pressure of up to 30 kg (probably the maximum required for any cheese) and the mold was perfectly alright.


The usual similar moulds (usually used for Paneer making) available in the market weigh 190 grams, ours is specially built weighing 245 grams.
