Please read our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation request received after dispatch will be treated in accordance with our refund and return policy outlined below.

2. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner and marked as dispatched, shipping and logistics costs have already been incurred.

If Delivery Fails Due to Our Error or Courier Error
If an order cannot be delivered due to:

An operational error on our part;

Incorrect shipment by us;

Loss or damage in transit caused by the courier partner; or
-
Any other issue not attributable to the customer, the customer shall be eligible for a full refund of the order value, including any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

If Delivery Fails Due to Customer-Related Reasons
If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

Customer refuses to accept the delivery;

Customer is unavailable despite delivery attempts;
-
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer;

Customer requests cancellation after dispatch;

Customer fails to collect the shipment from the courier when required; then the order will be treated as a customer-initiated return.
In such cases, the refund amount shall be calculated after deducting:

Original shipping/delivery charges; and
-
Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges incurred for returning the shipment to our facility.
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days after the returned shipment is received and verified.
3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for placing the order.
Refunds are generally processed within 10 working days from the date of approval. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
4. Return Policy
As our products are grocery and food items, we generally do not accept returns due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons.
However, in exceptional circumstances, return requests may be considered if:

The request is raised on the same day as the delivery date;

The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or materially different from what was ordered;

Adequate proof, such as photographs or videos, is provided when requested.
All return requests are subject to review and approval by Posh Flavors.
If a return request is approved, the customer must send the product back through a local courier service unless otherwise instructed by us. Any return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, tampered, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@poshflavors.com along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
